By using Color Memory Game (“the site”) you agree to the terms below. The site is a free browser game; it does not require an account and is provided as-is. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use the site.
Use of the site
You may play the game, share links to it, and post a nickname and score to the public leaderboard. You agree not to:
- Use automated tools or scripts to inflate scores, spam the leaderboard, or interfere with multiplayer rooms.
- Post nicknames or chat content that is offensive, illegal, or impersonates another person.
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the underlying systems, or to overwhelm the service with traffic.
We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries that breach the above, and to block users who repeatedly do so.
Leaderboard content
Anything you submit to the leaderboard (nickname, score) becomes publicly visible. Don’t use a real name, email address, or phone number — pick a handle. We may purge nicknames containing slurs, harassment, or personal data without notice.
Multiplayer rooms
Rooms are temporary. Nothing about a room is stored after the last player leaves. While a room is active, your nickname and live guesses are shared with the other players in the room over Supabase Realtime. Don’t share private information you wouldn’t want the other players to see.
Availability & changes
The site is provided on a best-effort basis. We may update, pause, or discontinue any feature — including individual game variants, the Daily challenge, or the leaderboard — at any time without notice. Brief outages should be expected when we deploy changes.
These terms can change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days.
No warranties
Color Memory Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes that can’t be resolved by friendly correspondence will be handled by the courts of the United Kingdom.
