Color Memory Game is a free browser game. There’s no signup and no account. This page explains what little data we do handle and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Nickname & score — when you post to the leaderboard, the nickname you pick and your score are saved to our database and shown publicly on the leaderboard. Don’t use a real name if you’d rather stay anonymous.
- Multiplayer presence — while you’re in a room, your nickname and guesses are shared live with the other players in that room via Supabase Realtime. Nothing about the room is stored after everyone leaves.
- Analytics — Google Analytics measures page visits and broad engagement. It only runs if you accept statistics cookies in the consent banner.
- Advertising — Google AdSense may serve ads, including personalised ads, if you consent to marketing cookies. The full vendor list is available in the cookie settings.
Cookies & consent
We use Cookiebot as our consent manager. The first time you visit, you’ll be asked which categories of cookies to allow. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookies link in the footer — it re-opens the Cookiebot dialog.
Data processors
- Supabase — database (leaderboard entries) and realtime multiplayer.
- Google Analytics — usage analytics (with consent).
- Google AdSense — advertising (with consent).
- Cookiebot — consent management.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Since we only store a nickname and a score, deletion is simple — email us with the nickname and the approximate date you posted and we’ll remove the entries.
